Alia is a highly decorated sprinter/hurdler at LSU. She boasts 4x All American honors, outdoor SEC Women's First Team All-SEC, 3x SEC Champion (outdoor 100H) (outdoor 4x100) (indoor 60 meter dash), and she also won a national championship in the outdoor 100H.
Alia is very likely one of the most decorated guests to share the purple couch with Anthony and they speak on everything from mental preparation, training, maturity, all the way to her connection to spirituality.
